We're a duo driven by purpose and passion combining our backgrounds in sustainability, engineering, and community development to create something meaningful. Eco Hive was born from late-night ideas, long conversations, and a shared dream: to make sustainability simple, practical, and part of everyday life in Sri Lanka and beyond.
While Upeksha brings years of experience in green buildings, carbon management, and environmental education, Divan adds a unique perspective with his design thinking, strategy, and expertise in hospitality operations. Together, we’ve built Eco Hive not just as a company, but as a platform for real change.
